Philosophy

Courser Racing, founded by Special Operations veterans in 2023, is a nonprofit dedicated to using ocean-based adventure as a form of therapy and renewal. Through demanding rowing expeditions, we place veterans in environments that require teamwork, resilience, and mental focus, creating space to reconnect with purpose, rebuild a sense of identity, and gain a strong sense of community. These experiences go beyond physical challenge, helping restore camaraderie, strengthen mental wellbeing, and reignite motivation, as shared hardship builds trust, encourages vulnerability, and reminds veterans of their ability to move forward with confidence and direction
